03 - Hold each Peep by its base or insert a skewer. Dip into melted chocolate, turning to ensure even coverage. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
04 - Place coated Peep on prepared baking sheet. While chocolate remains wet, immediately sprinkle with toppings if desired.
05 - Repeat dipping process with remaining Peeps, working efficiently before chocolate begins to set.
06 - Transfer baking sheet to refrigerator. Chill for 20-30 minutes or until chocolate coating is completely firm.
07 - Keep finished treats in an airtight container. Store at cool room temperature or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
