01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6–8 hours, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
05 - Divide the overnight oats into serving bowls or jars. Top with extra strawberries, nuts, or coconut if desired. Serve chilled.
