01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the flatbread rounds on the prepared baking sheet and brush each evenly with olive oil.
03 - Arrange the Brie slices in an even layer across each flatbread, covering the surface.
04 - Scatter the sliced strawberries evenly over the cheese layer.
05 - Drizzle the honey over the top of each flatbread.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the Brie is fully melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
07 - Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and season with freshly ground black pepper.
08 - Slice each flatbread into portions and serve warm.
