01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
02 - Fold in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers, leaving about half an inch of space at the top for toppings.
04 - Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, until the oats are soft and the mixture has thickened to a creamy consistency.
05 - In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if needed. Top with extra strawberries, granola, or nuts before serving.
