03 - Divide diced turkey bacon or ham, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, bell pepper, and onion evenly among the muffin cups.
04 - Pour the blended egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling about three-quarters full. Gently stir each cup with a fork to distribute the ingredients.
05 - Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are just set and slightly golden on the surface.
