01 - Place frozen strawberries, frozen banana, pineapple juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice (if using) into a high-powered blender or food processor.
02 - Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more syrup.
04 - Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 30-60 minutes for a firmer consistency. Scoop into bowls or cones.
