# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You probably have everything in your pantry right now
  • The air fryer makes them impossibly crispy without deep frying
  • They come together in under 30 minutes from start to finish
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer or the twists will steam instead of crisp
  • Work in batches if needed rather than sacrificing texture
  • The timing can vary between air fryer models so check them at 6 minutes
03 -
  • Let the dough sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before rolling to prevent spring back
  • Seal the folded edges tightly so cheese does not leak during air frying
