# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The chia seeds turn an ordinary smoothie into something that sticks with you through busy mornings
  • Five minutes is all it takes to feel like youve made something actually thoughtful for yourself
02 -
  • Chia seeds keep expanding the longer they sit, so if you want to drink this later, expect it to turn into almost a pudding consistency
  • The smoothie separates if left sitting too long, just give it a quick stir and it comes right back together
03 -
  • If your smoothie turns out too thick, add milk in tiny splashes instead of dumping in a whole cup at once
  • Spinach or kale can be snuck in without changing the flavor, just the color becomes less Instagram worthy
