- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spoon, until browned throughout, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the browned beef. Pour in water and stir until seasoning is evenly distributed. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Fold in the black beans and remove from heat.
- Arrange one-third of the tortilla chips across the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan. Distribute one-third of the beef and bean mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with one-third of the Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Repeat the layering process two additional times, using all remaining chips, meat mixture, and cheese. Ensure the final layer is topped with cheese for optimal melting.
- Place the Bundt pan in the center of the oven. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for 3–5 minutes. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter, releasing the nacho ring.
- Scatter diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, jalapeño slices, and cilantro over the top. Add dollops of sour cream and salsa, then distribute the diced avocado evenly.
- Present the Bundt pan nachos while warm and the cheese remains melted. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side if desired.
